EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKEND MESSAGE

This Easter Holiday weekend will be a challenge for all of us to combat covid-19/corona virus outbreak.

Even though we reported no positive tests on the reservation today, it may be among us, as it in the surrounding communities that our community members still travel to and from.

We need to stand strong and follow the SAFE/STAY AT HOME Rules & SOCIAL DISTANCING inside and outside the home.

Yes, that means forgoing the normal traditional family gatherings, feasts, and get togethers.  This will help avoid the spread of virus passing onto others. 

The virus can be passed not only by close contact but by handling utensils, drinking from the same glass, using the same coffee pot or sharing a cell phone.   One droplet is all it takes.

We understand you may be missing your relatives and friends but all of our lives depend on it.
