Travel Caution- 14-day Quarantine

We recommend limiting travel as much as possible

IF you have traveled to or came from a location in the past 14 days and now see new reports of confirmed coronavirus case(s)/outbreaks or if you have been in a “hot zone” please contact the Community Health Department at 715-588-3371 ext. 1908 (Jen Jaeger, RN) or 1910 (Sarah Keuer, RN) during normal business hours or Dave Poupart, RN at 715-439-3971 after hours to discuss your travels and what to do next.

We need the community members to help relay the message to the people you know that have or continue to travel from areas of concern to voluntary 14-day self-quarantine guidelines.

Social Distancing~~~~ 6ft a part ~~~ < than 10 people = Slows the Spread of Covid-19.

This means no big family gatherings, feasts, parties, cookouts or get togethers.  This is essential to minimize the potential to spread the virus to your loved ones!!
