Peter Christensen Health Center Message to the Community

Dear PCHC Patients & LDF Community,

On behalf of PCHC, we thank you for your patience and support during this challenging time. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and are preparing responses accordingly.

Recently, we have begun re-implementing some services at PCHC.

Here are some helpful reminders as things progress:

v  While supporting efforts to increase services, we are also trying to limit the number of patients in PCHC at one time.

v  Patients should expect to be scheduled for lab or x-ray appointments.

v  All other services require an appointment.

v  Patients should always call first before coming to PCHC; we are not accepting “walk- in” patients at this time.

v  Urgent, same-day visits are by appointment only. Please call 715-588-3371 and ask for the Triage Nurse.

v  Patients must be screened (for symptoms and recent travel history) upon entry. Please wait your turn to be screened by a nurse.
